Based on two fundamentalresearch questions: “What is the best leadership style?” and “What arethe driving forces behind human motivation?” the SituationalLeadership® Model focuses on the relationship between leaders andfollowers and provides a framework to analyze each situationdepending on the Performance Readiness® Level that a follower exhibitsin performing a specific task. The leader then responds with thenecessary amounts of supportive behavior and directive behavior toadvance development.
