1. Special Discounts
Special discounts are available for group nominations of four or more participants from the same organization. These offers are time-limited and subject to availability. Discounts tied to past events, such as COVID-19 lockdown periods, are no longer valid.
2. Acceptable Use
You may access and use the content on this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided you respect all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libelous, hateful, or otherwise prohibited purpose under these Terms.
Prohibited actions include:
Posting inaccurate, false, or non-CV-related information about yourself.
Sharing unsolicited advertisements, business proposals, chain letters, or junk mail.
As a user, you are solely responsible for your communications and any consequences arising from your posts or actions on the Site.
3. Copyright and Proprietary Materials
All training materials featured on the Site are proprietary to Dr. Edward de Bono, with local licensing held by Dr. Sunil Gupta (Ideas India). You agree not to photocopy, print, transmit, reproduce, or distribute these materials—internally or externally—nor use them to train or debrief others without express written permission from Ideas India or Dr. Sunil Gupta.
4. Refund, Withdrawal, and Deferral Policy
Refunds are available only if requested in writing at [email protected] at least 15 days prior to the workshop start date. Once a course key is issued, enrollment is firm.
You may request:
Withdrawal with refund up to 15 days before the program start.
Rescheduling or participant changes (notify us as early as possible).
We consider exceptions to deadlines, deferrals, or withdrawals on a case-by-case basis for extreme life circumstances, including:
Emergency medical situations for you or a dependent.
Death of an immediate family member.
Natural disasters or large-scale events.
Submit exception requests promptly (no later than two weeks after the event) with supporting documentation. We encourage continuing your coursework during review and will explore options based on your progress.
Exceptions are not granted for vacations, work conflicts, time zone issues, or local technical problems. Plan ahead for known connectivity challenges.
5. Analytics Information
We collect analytics data directly or via third-party tools to measure Site traffic and usage trends. This includes pages visited and device/browser information, used in aggregate form to improve the Service without identifying individual users.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies—small text files—to identify your browser, speed up logins, and track usage (e.g., pages viewed, links clicked). This helps enhance navigation and allows partners to monitor trends. You can reset your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may not work properly.

Our most popular workshops are open to all and are ideal for individuals, smaller groups and those reviewing workshops before wider roll out.
Our in-house delivery option gives you the flexibility to train teams, groups and departments. Reducing delegate travel, training cost (saving up to 50% per delegate, when compared to our open public workshops) and environmental impact - as we train at your choice of location or online, in the India or internationally. Options for tailoring content are available.
